"I don’t think there was a second in the performance when Thomas Casson stopped moving. He was in turn hugely endearing and absolutely terrifying. There was one particular section where my front row seat suddenly felt very uncomfortable, as Casson’s performance was incredibly overwhelming. But great actors should be capable of making an audience squirm..."

"Outstanding amongst the cast is leading man Thomas Casson. His character Eddie is a physical embodiment of the insincerity and haplessness of the coalition in the face of pressure, oblivious to the plight of his patients yet obsessed with sanitising his hands.
Despite this Eddie is as much a victim of circumstance as those menial ex-workers he no longer remembers, and Casson ultimately manages to portray Eddie as a likeable, if laughable human being."

"Casson’s reflections on his time in Afghanistan and struggles with PTSD are poignantly captured in three monologues which expressed anger, regret and guilt. The skilful writing gave him a chance to shine in these sections and he certainly did. Requiring seamless alternation between anger, humour, sorrow and hope. This was a challenging role and Casson’s excellent performance and commanding stage presence suggests that he is certainly one to watch."

"Casson occupies every inch of the stage and displays an astounding number of emotions throughout the performance leaving no doubt why he earned the Best Actor Award at this year’s festival" 5/5

"One such unnamed talent is Thomas Casson's energised portrayal of a hospital administrator - Shades of Basil Fawlty "

Despite the dark and disturbing elements of the human psyche being laid bare on stage, it is a true credit to this production that it still manages to bring out moments of laughter from the audience, diffusing the tension that steadily builds up throughout the play. Casson’s performance as Roderigo was amusing to watch and thoroughly entertaining as the character fumbles his way through Iago’s scheming.

"...with the entrance of protagonist Billy in the third scene, played wonderfully by Thomas Casson, the play really seems to take off. Casson is a noticeably tall red head and has stage presence practically built in – something a lot of actors crave! Despite his eye-catching looks his portrayal of Billy is laid back, more than a little cocky and yet thoroughly sympathetic."

"Thomas is a determined, talented young actor. He is great to have in a company – sharing ideas and listening well and always prepared to give an idea a go. He has not only a remarkable amount of technical skills, but also a hunger to learn and get better.
His physicality is strong and his vocal skills are excellent.
He has presence in the performing space, yet is clearly able to give focus and status to other actors/characters.Thomas is also capable and resourceful when working with young people – he can lead workshops with skill, warmth and enthusiasm.
I wish him every success in his career in theatre."

"Thomas is an exceptional actor. He attended my classes and has the ability to not only be creative but make it look so easy! He takes direction well and contributes his ideas to the play/scene to create a wonderful actor-director professional working relationship."

"Thomas has a presence in the participatory drama situation that leads to questioning of ideas, forms and approaches- nothing can be taken for granted.
Coupled with a disposition to enjoy life an encounter with Thomas is both enjoyable and challenging. "

"Conscientious, talented, motivated, skilled and proactive. Thomas would support cast needs. He is mature and self reliant but sensitive to others."

"Thomas is a well mannered, hard working and determined performer, not only did Tom work on his own performance for '10 Tiny Plays' but he also took time out to host a workshop for the group to learn about real acting, about raw emotion and how to bring a realistic approach to their work.
I would love to work with Thomas again in the future as he is pleasant, hard working and determined, I wish Thomas all the luck for the future."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the time I was taught by Thomas as he is a friendly, approachable and enthusiastic person with the knowledge and experience to make him a respected leader. Without Thomas I wouldn't be as confident in my approach to more difficult characters and owe a lot of my performances since to the techniques he taught me."
